Register With Us
To use the document delivery web request form, you must have a valid library (Dalhousie ID) card and must be registered with the libraries. You can register at the Service Point/Circulation desk at any of the Dalhousie Libraries or online.
If you register in person the Document Delivery request form will be available to you immediately. If you use the online registration form please allow 48 hours for staff to complete your registration before accessing the Document Delivery request form.
Requesting Items
Requests must be submitted via the Patron Request Form. Your user login is the 14 digit barcode at the bottom of your Dal ID card and the password is the last 4 digits of your registered phone number
