Academic Technology Services

Academic Technology Services (ATS) is the Dal Libraries’ unit responsible for instructional technology/the learning management system (Brightspace), IT Help Desks, classroom technology (A/V equipment), and video conferencing services for the university.

In addition to these services, staff in ATS also manage academic software installations, the computers in all Dal Libraries’ spaces, including our learning commons and the library technology infrastructure that supports our services like the Libraries' website, DalSpace, digital archiving, research data management, and UNIWeb.
