Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT)

Represents over 66,000 academic staff and provides wide range of services and advice to members.

CAUT has also produced their own set of Fair Dealing Guidelines, the CAUT Guidelines for the Use of Copyrighted Materials (2013).

Canadian Library Association

A non-profit voluntary organization with diverse membership including individuals and organizations with interests in library or information science. The vast majority of CLA members work in libraries across the country including college, university, public, special and school. The organization is advised by over thirty interest groups, of which there is a Copyright Advisory Committee.
