The Canadian Intellectual Property Office is responsible for the administration and processing of all areas of intellectual property within Canada, including copyright.  Their website provides an overview of copyright information including what is it, and why and how to register, along with links to services and additional resources. They have also put out a useful "Guide to Copyright."

The Copyright Board of Canada, a body created by the Copyright Act adjuticates copyright disputes and assigns royalties or tarrifs. The website contains a list of decisions, information regarding untraceable copyright holders, links to legislatio, and a FAQ.
