Use this form to submit digitization requests to the University Archives. Enter as much information as possible and click Submit. The Archives will contact you with any applicable fee estimates and/or restrictions before scanning.

Conditions of digitization services

Researchers may request digital reproductions of archival material in the University Archives under the conditions and fees outlined in the pricing for archives digitization services. In submitting this request form, the researcher signifies an understanding of and an agreement with these conditions.
