Study Rooms

Library space for group work

Group Study Rooms provide library space in central locations for Dalhousie students, faculty and staff to hold small-group discussions.
  • Capacity: Rooms hold up to 6 people at the Killam, up to 15 at the Kellogg and up to 10 at Law. You must have a group of at least 3 to book a room.
  • Internet: Each room has a Docknet ethernet port (allowing laptops to be connected to the internet through the university network). Wireless access is also available in most locations.
  • Equipment: Most rooms have a whiteboard available for use. Workstations and laptop display screens are available in select locations. Check the booking system for details.
  • Noise: Group study rooms are not soundproofed. Consideration should be given to others nearby.
