Learning Commons Location: Located on the main floor of the Law Library on the second level of the Sir James Dunn Law Building, the Learning Commons offers:

Sexton Design & Technology Library

Learning Commons Location: Located on the 3rd floor of buildings A and B, 1360 Barrington St, the Learning Commons offers:

  • 13 Scholar workstations
  • 5 Express workstations
  • 1 scanner
  • 1 printer

MacRae Library

Learning Commons Location: Located on the main floor of the agricultural campus library, the Learning Commons offers:

  • 32 Individual workstations
  • 3 Group workstations
  • 3 Express workstations
  • 1 scanner
  • 1 printer

Killam Memorial Library

Learning Commons are located in three areas of the Killam Library. Different services are offered in each location:

  • South Learning Commons: The South Learning Commons is the largest Learning Commons at Dalhousie and is a hub that offers several key services. It is located on the ground floor of the Library.
  • North Learning Commons: The North Learning Commons is located within the Bennett Room, to the right of the Circulation Desk.
  • Upper Learning Commons: The Upper Learning Commons is on the second floor of the Library, alongside the McNab Reading Room.
