Plotting services

The Map Collection has a HP Designjet 1055c Plus plotter that can print posters and maps up to 36 inches wide. A variety of paper finishes are available. Cost is dependent on paper type and poster/map size - see prices listed below.  To charge services to your research account please print off and complete the online form and bring it with you to the Map Collection.

Plotting information

  • We accept only PDF or PowerPoint formats.
  • We require 24 hours to complete a job.
  • We accept ONLY cash or a completed grant form (including grant #) signed by the grant holder.
  • We strongly recommend that users come in to verify their map/poster before plotting - you will be responsible for any misprints.
  • Colours are typically darker on the plot then what appears on screen.  This is a result of the plotting process.  The Map Collection will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
